EOTC and Team Development

The facilities at Pudding Hill Lodge are perfect for school camps. There are three multi-purpose recreational/activity halls, a lounge area with fire place and a meeting room with TV and DVD facilities - ideal if the weather is impacting on the outdoors programme.

Outdoor facilities include a substantial patio and bbq area, tennis court, a large grassed area for games and activities and 15 acres of field suitable for activities and wide games. Pudding Hill Stream, the Ashburton River and Pudding Hill are all within close proximity and Mt. Hutt can be viewed from the front door.

At Pudding Hill lodge we provide a fully catered menu that is nutritious, balanced and enjoyed by the children! We have a range of accommodation options to sleep 120+ adults and children.

Peter and Lesley Edwards have over 40 years experience as teachers and planning, organising and running school camps for schools and youth organisiations. They have a clear understanding of what is required to make a school camp successful and pride themselves on being able to provide a camp programme that is educationally relevant, innovative and memorable for all concerned. Our games room contains a pool table, table tennis table and a variety of board games.

There are many activities that are traditions on school camp, but there are also many that are new, innovative and unique to Pudding Hill Lodge. The following is a list of activities we have available. It is always being revised and new options are always being added.

The activities fall into a number of categories that can be programmed, optional, additional or extracurricular. A small number incur an additional charge.
